New Nature Trail for 2009
By the fall of
2009 we hope (notice I say hope) to have 3/4 mile of nature
trail open for you to enjoy a leisure walk along. The trails
were put in 10 years ago but allowed to sit while the
surroundings came back to a natural look and soften the effects
of the work involved with putting the trails in. This will be a place
to see red squirrels, song birds, grouse, hawks, owls, pileated woodpecker, frogs,
salamanders and more. Here a couple of pictures of some of the
local critters that might be seen while walking.
