North American Porcupine      We have seven North American Porcupine at GarLyn Zoo. They are fairly slow moving animals and can be seen up in the trees most of the day. They are fed monkey and leaf eater biscuits and an assortment of vegetables. Fresh twigs are also given often . It is hard to pick a favorite animal as I like them all, but this is definitely one of my favorite animals. I just love porcupines.
