We have a young pair of North American Badger at GarLyn Zoo Wildlife Park. Badgers are a fiesty little animals and an excellent digger with powerful front feet and long nails. They are fed a diet of mainly lamb and rice dog food with an occasional piece of fresh chicken. This pair is a bit shy and will only be seen on and off through the day. They spend most of the day in the den or peeking out from it.
