We have one male two toed sloth named Moe (Molasses) and one female named Honey. Sloth require special care to raise. Due to their extreme slow metabolism and slow digestive system, they do not show signs of being cold or stressed and so care has to be taken to make sure their needs and comfort are monitored closely. Moe eats leaf eater biscuits and a variety of vegetables. A slice of apple or banana as a treat on a rare occasion. His favorite is zucchini.
